1. How do I apply for registration or admission in any course?
You can apply directly online through the official admission portal on our website, or visit your nearest ICSEd-authorized training centre. After submitting your registration form, a confirmation slip and admission letter will be sent to your registered email address.
2. What courses are available for students who have passed 10th standard?
Candidates who have completed 10th standard can enroll in various certificate and diploma programs, including Information Technology, Health Sanitary Inspector, Beauty & Wellness, Basic Healthcare Assistance, and multiple technical skill development courses.
3. Where can I find the course curriculum and fee structure?
All course details, including duration, syllabus, eligibility criteria, and fee structures, are available under the "Courses" section of our website. You can also request an official prospectus via our student helpdesk on WhatsApp.
4. How are examinations conducted and certificates issued?
Assessments are conducted through continuous internal evaluations along with final term-end examinations. Upon successful completion, students are awarded ISO 9001:2015 certified diplomas/certificates by the Council, which can be verified online through our central verification system.
5. How should online students submit their documents for verification?
After online registration, students must upload scanned copies of their previous academic marksheets, a valid government photo ID proof, and recent passport-size photographs via the portal or send them to the official verification email address.
6. Does the council provide placement or career assistance?
While no educational council guarantees jobs, our vocational programs are industry-aligned to improve employability. We provide practical guidance, internship recommendations, and placement assistance through our employer network.
7. Can students whose 10th or 12th board results are awaited apply?
Yes, candidates awaiting final examination results can apply for provisional admission. Final admission status will be confirmed once the candidate submits the qualifying marksheet within the stipulated timeframe.
8. How can an institute or training academy apply for ICSEd Study Centre Affiliation?
Educational institutions and NGOs can register as authorized study centres by completing the online "Centre Affiliation Form." After document review and site validation, an official Affiliation Certificate and Centre Login credentials are provided.
9. What are the operating hours for the student helpdesk?
The student support team is available from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM (IST). Inquiries sent outside working hours or on public holidays will be attended to on the next business day.
